As part of your Welcome Month, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to Strong-Her classes for 4 weeks — the perfect way to move, connect, and discover what being Strong-Her truly means. You will also be able to bring 1 child for FREE supervised active play during class times as well!

(This supervised play period is not licensed child care. Parents remain legally responsible for their child’s behavior and wellbeing, and must remain on premises at all times. Child must be age 4 and up. Strong provides active supervision for safety only)
